Please make your rent checks out to: Brown Rentals and put your apartment address on the memo line. You may mail it to: 410 S. Main St. Ada, Ohio 45810, or you may bring a check or cash in to the flower shop at the same address. We do accept credit cards, but there is a 3% fee to do so.

All residents at 410 S. Main:

Parking - If there are empty spaces in the lot, please pull forward to the concrete parking stoppers. Be sure the front of your vehicle is not in the driveway in front of you, as it will block the delivery van. If there are no places available, and you must park at the rear of the lot, leave ample room for the vehicles in font of you to get out.

Apartments #2, and # 6: Trash - When you have your water turned on, be sure to tell them you do not need trash service. Otherwise, you will incur extra unnecessary charges, as your trash service is included in your rent.

These apartments are electric heat and water heater, so you do not need gas.
